WEDDING ARRANGEMENTS

All dinners include: fresh bread and butter, celery, carrot sticks, olive and pickle tray

Choice of Salad: caesar, baby organic greens tossed in a blueberry vinaigrette (other dressings available), spinach & mandarin orange or soup

Choice of Potato: roasted, lemon, tomato & herb-roasted, parisienne, plain mashed or with garlic or pesto, duchess, croquette, baked (with sour cream) saviar, white rice pilaf, wild rice or exotic greens

Choice of two vegetables: carrots julienne with brown sugar glaze or white zucchini julienne, buttered greens almondine, green peas with mint, sauteed red cabbage, whipped squash, harvard beets, cauliflower or broccoli with roasted sesame, tomato stuffed with wild rice $0.75 extra

Or Choice of one: grilled eggplant, zucchini and pepper medley, roasted herb medley, cauliflower or broccoli with cheese sauce, fresh green beans with garlic tomatoes, ratatouille

Dessert - choice of one: double chocolate cake, cheesecake, English trifle with Cointreau topping, strawberry or chocolate mousse, fresh fruit cocktail, carrot cake, tartufo, homemade fruit pie (ice cream $0.75 extra), black forestcake, apple strudel, chocolate truffle mousse cake, chocolate sin (brownie with kahlua sauce, (ice cream $0.75 extra)

Hot and Cold Buffet: $26.99 per person

Cold Buffet includes:
Dinner rolls, relish tray, cheese and fruit platter, assorted meat tray, five assorted salads

Cold poached salmon
Peel & eat shrimp add $3.99

Hot Buffet includes:
Carved roast sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding, or carved cider roast loin of pork or roast turkey with stuffing; carved prime rib add $2.99

Sister's Wedding Package: $52.99

• On the sign outside: "Congratulations Jane and Tom"
• Two Punch Bowls: One wine and champagne or rum colada  - one fruit punch (these are served to the guests by the hostess)
• Hors d'oeuvres served to your guests until receiving line begins
• Complete dinner to be chosen from any of our entrees including soup & salad (dinners from menu 2: $2 extra per person, dinners from menu 3: $4 extra per person)
• Four-and-a-half hours open bar
• Wine served to your guests throughout the meal
• Fresh flowers on table
• Service of the hostess
• Live piano music (until head table is seated, minimum 60 persons)
• Sandwiches and cheese tray (with fresh fruit) served at 11 p.m.
• Coffee and tea available to guests until closing
• Children 12 and under: $19.95 each
• Special diet or vegetarian plates available upon request
• If the bride and groom invite additional guests after dinner (with a package deal), there will be a charge of $25.95 made per person
